Gallbladder Cleanse

Your gallbladder is a vital organ that aids in digestion of food and stores the bile that passes through the liver. If you eat a lot of unhealthy foods which includes pizza, fries, burgers, etc, then the oil deposits from the food will stay in your liver and gallbladder. Eventually the oils and fats will harden and thus form gallstones. When your gallbladder accumulates too many gallstones, it will cause a blockage of waste and toxins exiting the body. This in turn causes illness and other physical problems.

People usually go to a doctor to have the gallstones removed. But this method can be inconvenient and costly. If you want to avoid surgery, you should try doing a gallbladder cleanse first. A gallbladder cleanse flushes the body of the gallstones using natural ingredients. You can get the ingredients at any store. While the gallbladder cleanse is usually safe for most people, you should consult your doctor before trying this.

To do the gallbladder cleanse, you need seven days. First, go to a supermarket and buy olive oil, lemons, Epsom salt, and apple cider. From the 1st until the 6th day, you must drink apple cider everyday. Apple cider will help in softening up the gallstones making it easier to pass through your system. On the 6th day, do not eat anything after lunch. In the evening before you go to bed, cut the lemons and squeeze the juice into a cup. Then pour the olive oil in. The measurements should be one third cup of lemon juice to two thirds cup of oil olive. Drink up this mixture and go to bed lying on your right side. This mixture will not have a pleasant taste so you may want to hold your breath while drinking and drink it quickly. The longer you let it linger in your mouth the more the taste will get to you.

Next morning on the 7th day, prepare a mixture of warm water with Epsom salt. This will make you excrete the gallstones that the olive oil mixture has collected. In your stool you will notice many small green or brown balls. These are the gallstones.

Try to do the gallbladder cleanse once a month in the beginning to rid years of gallstone buildup. After awhile you can tone it down and do the gallbladder cleanse once every few months.
