Gallbladder Detox

The gallbladder has the important function of storing up the bile from the liver. It can also serve to help in digestion. In order to keep your gallbladder functioning well, you have to keep it free of toxins. The toxins build up over the years as people eat high fat and oily foods. Eventually the toxins become gallstones, which are hardened balls of fat and oil that can get lodged in the gallbladder and thereby slowing down the movement of bile. To keep your gallbladder free and flowing, you must do a gallbladder detox or gallbladder detoxification.

A gallbladder detox is a home remedy that can be done at home whenever you want. The ingredients to pull off the gallbladder detox can be found at any supermarket. The remedy requires seven days to do. First you should go to the supermarket and buy a gallon of apple cider, Epsom salt, pure olive oil, and some lemons.

Now that you have picked up the ingredients, you can start the gallbladder detox process. For the first six days you have to drink the apple cider everyday. You should drink a cup a day. This is important since it helps to soften up the hard gallstones. On the sixth day at night before you head off to bed, mix one-third cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice with two-thirds cup of olive oil. This will be a very harsh mixture to drink, but hold you nose and down the whole thing in one gulp if you can. Don’t even think about it. Then go to bed and lie on your right side.

Next day, mix the Epsom salt with hot water and drink it. This will help your body get rid of the waste because it is a laxative. You will notice in your stool the greenish brownish balls which are the gallstones.

It might be in your best interest to do the gallbladder detox every once awhile to keep your body toxin free. In the beginning you can do more gallbladder detox and then later on you can do less.

Gallbladder Cleanse

Your gallbladder is a vital organ that aids in digestion of food and stores the bile that passes through the liver. If you eat a lot of unhealthy foods which includes pizza, fries, burgers, etc, then the oil deposits from the food will stay in your liver and gallbladder. Eventually the oils and fats will harden and thus form gallstones. When your gallbladder accumulates too many gallstones, it will cause a blockage of waste and toxins exiting the body. This in turn causes illness and other physical problems.

People usually go to a doctor to have the gallstones removed. But this method can be inconvenient and costly. If you want to avoid surgery, you should try doing a gallbladder cleanse first. A gallbladder cleanse flushes the body of the gallstones using natural ingredients. You can get the ingredients at any store. While the gallbladder cleanse is usually safe for most people, you should consult your doctor before trying this.

To do the gallbladder cleanse, you need seven days. First, go to a supermarket and buy olive oil, lemons, Epsom salt, and apple cider. From the 1st until the 6th day, you must drink apple cider everyday. Apple cider will help in softening up the gallstones making it easier to pass through your system. On the 6th day, do not eat anything after lunch. In the evening before you go to bed, cut the lemons and squeeze the juice into a cup. Then pour the olive oil in. The measurements should be one third cup of lemon juice to two thirds cup of oil olive. Drink up this mixture and go to bed lying on your right side. This mixture will not have a pleasant taste so you may want to hold your breath while drinking and drink it quickly. The longer you let it linger in your mouth the more the taste will get to you.

Next morning on the 7th day, prepare a mixture of warm water with Epsom salt. This will make you excrete the gallstones that the olive oil mixture has collected. In your stool you will notice many small green or brown balls. These are the gallstones.

Try to do the gallbladder cleanse once a month in the beginning to rid years of gallstone buildup. After awhile you can tone it down and do the gallbladder cleanse once every few months.

Gallbladder Flush

The gallbladder is an organ that helps the body digest food and store bile produced by the liver. When people eat a lot of fatty foods and oils, this gathers up in the liver and gallbladder and eventually become gallstones. After awhile, these gallstones will accumulate and manifest itself in the form of physical pains and illnesses.

Most people at this point turn to surgery to remove the gallstones from the gallbladder. However, before you go off to an expensive surgery, why not try a natural remedy to get rid of gallstones. The natural remedy is the gallbladder flush. The gallbladder flush will cleanse the gallbladder and the bile duct of gallstones. However, before you try the gallbladder flush, you should consult your doctor first. Your doctor can tell you if doing the gallbladder flush will be safe for you.

The entire process of the gallbladder flush takes 7 takes. Some materials you should prepare are lemons, olive oil, Epsom salt, and apple cider. For the first 6 days, you should drink apple cider or eat apples daily. The apple cider helps in loosening up the gallstones. On the 7th day right before you go to bed, squeeze 1/3 cup of lemon juice and mix it with 2/3 cup of olive oil. Drink this mixture up. Be forewarned that this mixture does not taste good at all. If you want, you can hold your nose while drinking this. That way you won’t taste it as much. After drinking the mixture, go to bed and lie down on your right side. This allows the olive oil to get into your gallbladder. In the morning, drink some warm water with Epsom salt. After an hour or two, you’ll need to visit the restroom. You should see small green/brown balls in your stool. These are the gallstones.

You should do this liver and gallbladder flush every once in awhile. This helps in keeping your system gallstone free and healthy. In the beginning though, you might want to do the gallbladder cleanse more often to get rid of the huge build up over your lifetime.
